πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦Parent and Family Support

Many families may face challenges from time to time and could benefit from a little extra support. Early help is vital in identifying concerns or worries and making sure the right support is put in place quickly.

At St Joseph’s, we can provide guidance, signpost local services, and make referrals for further assistance if needed.

If you would like information, advice, or support, please contact our Pastoral Manager, Mrs Green. We are here to help you and your family.

🌱 Early Help Pathway

The Early Help Pathway is designed to support children and families who may be facing difficulties at any point in their lives. The goal is to provide help as early as possible so that families can get the right support when they need it.

πŸ’‘ What Early Help Does

Early Help works to:

  • Stop problems before they happen.

  • Prevent current problems from getting worse.

  • Nurture personal strengths and skills in children to help them thrive.

  • Build family resilience so they can access support when needed.

Supporting children and families is about helping them become more resilient and able to get targeted support when necessary. The Pathway brings together partners and local services early, so resources can be combined to make a real difference.

🀝 A Collaborative Approach

The Early Help Pathway uses a relationship-based approach, working collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals. Families are viewed as experts in their own lives, while partners support them in finding solutions.
